All orders are delivered via Express Post on the Australia Post Delivery network for a flat rate of $15 for domestic and $30 for international.
Once an order has been placed, please allow 1 - 2 business days for dispatch, during sales and new collection drops dispatch can take up to 6 business days. Once an order has been dispatched a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
All Australian orders are delivered via express postage and delivery can take 1-3 business days. For international orders delivery can take up to 14 business days, please keep in mind delivery times can vary for international postage depending on the delivery country.

- During peak seasons such as Boxing Day Sale and Mid-Season Sale, orders may take up to 6 business days to be dispatched, this time can vary.
- Orders placed after noon AEST will require an additional 1 business day to be dispatched.
- Some countries charge duties and taxes on delivered parcels. These charges are processed by your local customs office upon delivery of your parcel and are not connected with Johansen. For more information on these charges please contact your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on jewellery, underwear and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
