What is Afterpay? 

Afterpay is a payment plan option where customers can select to pay four equal payments every 2 weeks over 60 days instead of paying the full amount of the order up front. You must be over 18 years old and hold a Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card to use Afterpay. At the moment Afterpay is only eligible for Australian and New Zealand delivery addresses. 


How does Afterpay work? 

Select Afterpay at checkout, choose the credit or debit card you want to use to schedule the four payments over 60 days, then make your payments. 

Please keep in mind that if you fail to make a payment Afterpay will charge you a $10 late payment fee and then if the payment is still unprocessed seven days after Afterpay will charge you an additional $7 late payment fee. How do I use a gift voucher or promo code online? 

Add all the times you desire to your cart, click on ‘cart’ in the top right hand corner of our website. 

Double check your order.

Click on ‘Check Out’ and on the right hand side of the screen enter your code in the white bar that says ‘discount’. 

Click ‘Apply’.

How do I track my parcel? 

Once your order has been dispatched from our Bangalow warehouse you will receive a tracking number via email which contains your tracking number. You can click this link (insert www.auspost.com.au/track) and copy your tracking number into the blank white bar to see where your parcel currently is! 

Please keep in mind that all our parcels are shipping via Australia Post, however if you have provided an international delivery address once your parcel has left Australia it will be transferred to a third party delivery company associated with Australia Post and you receiving shipping information from these companies in regards to the location of your parcel.
