During any major sale period please allow up to 10 business days for packages to be dispatched.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, and once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number.
All orders include tracking and have authority to be left unattended unless specified otherwise upon placing your order so please be aware that you may receive two tracking numbers.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Depending on your country of residence you may be required to pay custom and import taxes upon collection of your parcel. These charges are processed by your local customs office upon delivery of your parcel and are not connected with Johansen.
All international orders are shipped from our Sydney, Australia warehouse on
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):
Seller covers all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance before delivery meaning the buyer receives the goods with no extra fees on arrival.
This means all standard import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your purchase. You will not be required to pay the usual import charges upon delivery — these are covered by us.
Please note that in rare cases, certain handling or processing fees may be applied by local couriers or customs agencies. These charges are completely outside of our control and can vary depending on the destination country. If they occur, they are typically small and infrequent.
Your parcel will clear customs smoothly, with no expected duties or taxes payable by you. 🤍

PRE-ORDERS
If you order a PRE-ORDER ITEM, please refer to the product page listing for current pre-order shipping dates. Pre-order time frames are not exact, instead these are estimated time frames of dispatch and could be subject to change.
Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch once the pre-order shipment is delivered to us.
Once that item is ready to be shipped you will receive your tracking information.
