We hope you love your purchase, however if you wish to make a return, please review the following:

Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or fit issues. Returns are accepted for store credit only, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its intended purpose.

Return Conditions

Returns must be lodged within 20 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or damage).

Sale or discounted items may be final sale, unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.

How to Return

You can return your item within 20 days of your parcel being received via the Returns Portal on our Website. 

The total amount credited will be minus original shipping charges.

Shipping costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
